Calcium Carbonate Based, Talc Based & Custom Formulated Products

Calcium Carbonate Based Products

Of the available fillers, calcium carbonate offers the best cost - performance balance. Due to the performance boost that calcium carbonate offers, it can be used to reduce wall thickness while maintaining part performance and offering significant cost savings. Our calcium carbonate products are based on a purified, fine particle sized mineral that will deliver the optimum performance in respect to consistency and quality. We specifically formulate our products to be non-abrasive, heavy metal free, and suitable for a wide variety of food contact applications – combining the highest quality minerals with prime resin carriers.

Talc Based Products

Our talc products have been developed for a wide variety of applications. The provide exceptional performance as antiblock in polyethylene films, cell nucleation in foamed polystyrene sheet, and added stiffness in PP sheet and injection molding. Talc comes in a wide range of geometries and purities and offer many exciting product design opportunities. Working with customers, we can help you select the optimum talc solution for your targeted application and performance.
