All drivers should enter the property at the third entrance.
Do not block the road or the entrance.
Enter the building at the sign that says shipping office.
Have your delivery or pickup information ready when you arrive.
We will assign you a dock once you arrive.
Once loading/unloading begins, stay in your truck until you see the light outside turn green.
Reenter the building in the same door to retrieve your paperwork and follow the shipping personnel’s instructions for leaving.
Enter Gate C.
Call 601-889-5015.
Give pickup or delivery information (SO or PO number).
Go to Dock provided by Shipping employee.
Slide tandems to the rear.
Delivery – open doors, leave seal in the back of trailer, and get in dock provided by shipping employee.
Pickup – open doors and get in dock provided by shipping employee. Employees will confirm pickup number with the driver before loading begins. DO NOT LEAVE TRUCK OR GO TO SLEEP.
Stay in truck – port-a-potties near dock areas.
Delivery – DO NOT MOVE TRUCK until employee gives driver signed paperwork.
Pickup – DO NOT MOVE TRUCK until employee has driver sign the paperwork.
