Heritage Plastics, Inc. collects limited personal information through our website when you choose to provide it through online forms or other website interactions. We also use website analytics to understand general website usage and improve the website and related services

Where we process your personal data on the basis of consent or contract, and the processing is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may also request that we transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible.

We will stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your rights, or where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. You may also object to processing for direct marketing purposes, and we will stop processing your data for that purpose.

Where we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Right to Delete 

You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. We may deny a deletion request where retaining the information is necessary to complete a transaction,respond to your request, maintain security, comply with a legal obligation, or for other purposes permitted by law. 

Right to Correct 

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. 

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing 

Heritage Plastics, Inc. does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for advertising networks, we do not offer a sale or advertising-sharing opt-out for those activities. 

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information 

Heritage Plastics, Inc. does not request sensitive personal information through the standard website forms described in this document. If we receive sensitive personal information that you voluntarily choose to submit, we will use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or as otherwise permitted by law.

You may have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. 

Right to Delete 

You may have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from or about you, subject to certain exceptions. 

Right to Opt Out 

Where applicable, you may have the right to opt out of certain processing activities, such as sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Heritage Plastics, Inc. does not sell personal information.

We aim to respond to valid requests within 30 days. In some cases, where requests are complex or numerous, we may extend this period as permitted by applicable law. If we extend the time frame, we will notify you. 

We will not charge a fee for handling your request unless the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or otherwise permitted by applicable law. 

Authorized Agents 

Where applicable law permits, you may authorize another person to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf. We may require proof that the person has been authorized to act for you, and we may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.
